Straight answer on posting: during the pilot, approved replies are posted to your Google profile by a PresenceOK team member, usually the same day. We've applied for Google's Business Profile API access, and when it's approved, posting will happen automatically after your OK.

Questions
How does the OK-by-text approval work?
When a new Google review comes in, we write a reply in your voice and text it to you. Reply OK and it gets posted. Reply EDIT followed by your changes, or SKIP to leave it. Nothing is posted without your OK.
Do you post the replies to Google automatically?
Not yet. During the pilot, once you text OK, a PresenceOK team member posts your approved reply on your Google Business Profile by hand, as a manager you added (never as owner). We have applied for Google's Business Profile API, and once access is approved we will switch to posting through it. We will tell you when that changes.
Do you only ask happy customers for reviews?
No. Every customer you send us gets the same neutral request. Filtering out unhappy customers (called review gating) goes against Google's policy and the FTC's rules on consumer reviews, so we don't do it.
Can I offer a discount for a review?
No. Google doesn't allow incentivized reviews, and the FTC's 2024 rule bans buying reviews or giving incentives tied to a positive review. Our texts never offer anything in exchange.
How do review-request texts get sent?
After a job, you (or your AI Always Answers dashboard) send us the customer's first name and mobile number. We text one short, polite request with your Google review link. Customers can reply STOP at any time, and we honor it right away. Texts only go to customers who gave you their number for the job.
What about bad reviews?
We draft a calm, professional reply that thanks the customer, doesn't argue, and offers to make it right offline. You see it first and decide. We never ask Google to remove honest reviews.
How much does it cost?
$79 a month. If you already use AI Always Answers, it's $49 a month as an add-on. No long contract during the pilot. Phone and text plan fees on your end are not included.
Do I need to be technical?
No. If you can answer a text, you can use PresenceOK. We do the setup with you.
